Involvation resilience event on June 10th

Value Chain Resilience: how to do it!

Resilience is more important than ever, almost every organization has it in its strategy. However, it is much more difficult to determine where to start and what resilience means for the situation and context of your organization. During this event we will explore this further and discuss, among other things:

  • the 5 essential capabilities that determine the level of resilience in the supply chain;
  • the methodology to determine and optimize the resilience of your supply chain;
  • the comparison of resilience best practices and benchmarks;
  • the research results of the value chain resilience monitor that we developed and conducted in collaboration with Dinalog.

What to expect

During the event, we will present the Value Chain Resilience framework with the 5 levers, present the research results of the Resilience Monitor, and cover various examples and best practices. As a result:

  • you will be better able to concretely shape your resilience journey;
  • you can make more impact with your resilience strategy;
  • you will be better in control as an organization and you will be doing less firefighting;
  • and you can create a resilience plan that fits your situation and context.

Further details of the program will follow. As soon as more information is available, we will update this page.
